Terms & Conditions

1. Service Scope

This payment facility is provided to customers of Mormugao Port Authority (MPA) to settle dues, charges, and invoices raised by MPA. By proceeding with payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Payment Responsibility

The payer is solely responsible for entering accurate details (invoice number, bill reference, amount, etc.). MPA will not be liable for payments made to incorrect accounts or wrong references due to customer error.

3. Payment Confirmation

Upon successful transaction, a payment receipt will be generated and sent to the registered email/mobile. Payment is considered valid only after confirmation is received from MPA’s authorized bank.

4. Refunds & Disputes

Payments once made are non-refundable. In case of double payment or transaction failure where the amount is debited but not reflected, refunds (if applicable) will be processed a after due verification and in accordance with the applicable rules of the concerned bank/ payment service provider.

5. Late Fees / Interest

Any payments made after the due date may attract interest or penalty charges as per MPA’s rules. It is the customer’s duty to ensure timely payment.

6. Right to Modify

MPA reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
